Rush reference in last night’s The Family Guy November 27, 2006
There was a funny Rush reference in last night’s episode of the FOX animated comedy show The Family Guy (one of my personal favs). The episode (#87), the 7th in Season 5, was titled Chick Cancer and features a scene where Chester Cheetah (the Cheetohs mascot) is snorting orange powder (presumably cheese) from a tray as if it were cocaine and listening to Tom Sawyer. After taking a big sniff, he says “There is no drummer better than Neil Peart!” A Rush poster is also seen in the background. Thanks to reader Dan for spotting this.
